An introduction to Auctiva Commerce pricing plans

Auctiva Commerce has numerous pricing plans to suit your needs. All of our current plans include unlimited bandwidth and image storage so you can confidently run your business without worrying about variable costs. Some of our older plans which are no longer available include limits on image storage and bandwidth and potentially transaction based fees. Management of your plan depends on which plans were in effect when you signed up for Auctiva Commerce. Read on for details.

What plans are currently available?

The currently available set of Auctiva Commerce pricing plans can be viewed on the Auctiva Commerce Pricing page. Note that the current set of plans do not include Auctiva services.

It looks like there are new pricing plans available - what's up with that?

On April 3, 2012 Auctiva Commerce retired the old set of pricing plans and introduced a new set of pricing plans that we think will offer a better set of features and value to Auctiva Commerce customers. The new plans are designed specifically for Auctiva Commerce and DO NOT include Auctiva services. They are also billed independently of Auctiva - therefore if you sign up for one of these plans you will need to submit billing information to Auctiva Commerce as the products are billed independently for the new pricing plans.

How do I manage my billing or payment method?

Management of your billing or payment method depends on when you signed up for Auctiva Commerce. If you signed up for Auctiva Commerce prior to April 3, 2012 you will manage your payment method, and billing for your Auctiva Commerce store in your Auctiva account. If you signed up after April 3, 2012 or moved to one of the new Auctiva Commerce pricing plans you will manage your billing and payment method in your Auctiva Commerce account under the Admin, Account area.

I've had an Auctiva Commerce store for a while. Can I move to one of the new pricing plans?

Absolutely! If you want to switch plans just click on the Change Billing Plan link in the Account Information area of your Auctiva Commerce dashboard. This will lead you to the Account area where you can select one of the new plans. IMPORTANT NOTE: The new Auctiva Commerce pricing plans DO NOT include Auctiva services so you will likely want to adjust your Auctiva pricing plan as well. You will also need to submit billing information to Auctiva Commerce as the products are billed independently for the new pricing plans. Our Support Team can help you to select the best plan for your needs.

If I move to one of the new plans can I move back?

Unfortunately, no. The old plans have been retired and cannot accept new subscribers. So, if you move to one of the current Auctiva Commerce pricing plans you will not be able to move back to your old plan.

If I move to one of the new plans can I easily switch between the new plans?

Yep - you can easily switch between the new Auctiva Commerce pricing plans if desired. Just navigate to Admin > Account in your Auctiva Commerce account and choose the plan that is right for you. There is a brief plan summary on that page as well.
