Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, you can use your own domain name. If you have not purchased a domain name, you can easily buy one through one of our partners, such as
GoDaddy. Once you have your domain name, we will provide you with the settings that you will
need to apply in your domain registrar in order for the domain to work on your Auctiva Commerce store.
I'm looking to switch. Can I import my products?
Yes, you can import your products, images and more into your Auctiva Commerce store using a standard CSV (comma separate values) file.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard and Visa.
Do I need my own SSL certificate?
No, for your convenience we provide a free, shared SSL certificate for all plans.
Can I upgrade between plans?
Yes, it's easy to upgrade between plans. Just login to your store's admin and navigate to the My Account section. You can then easily change your plan, as required needed.
Can I upgrade from the free trial to a paid plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your free trial to a paid plan at any time during your trial and all of your data (products, orders, customers, and etc.) will remain intact.
Are there any contracts to sign?
No, payments are made monthly, and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel, we will stop billing you immediately and close your storefront.
Plus, you can always come back later and easily reactivate your store.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds, but we do offer a fully functional 30-day free trial, which you can use to see if Auctiva Commerce is right for you.

Do I need my own merchant account?
Yes, if you want to accept credit cards you will need a merchant account, which allows you to accept credit cards from your store and get paid
directly into your checking account. PayPal Website Payments Pro includes a merchant account, or you can apply for a merchant account through most major banks.
